Paul Sambell and Kanata Opticians has been nothing but amazing! I contacted KO to see how fast they could get my wife a pair of glasses because she was in hospital and they had been lost. Paul was incredibly understanding and after a quick meeting with him he ordered the glasses on a Monday morning and they were at their store Wednesday morning. The cost was very reasonable & their service outstanding. Then would you believe that the hospital then lost my wife's reading glasses and Paul came to the rescue again. I highly recommend KO! Just outstanding service by all that work there.

Slight problem with nose piece on glasses. Went in to see them, and said that if they couldn't solder the piece, they would try to find a set of frames that might work. Through their tireless searching, they actually found a frame exactly like I had. That's service for you. Great job
