Level 5 Finishing and Renovations

Eric was fantastic! My kitchen was gutted in January 2020 during the process, the condo was kept clean, the floors were protected, the finishing details were wonderfully done. I am delighted with the quality of workmanship. The subcontractors Eric used for electrical and plumbing work were wonderful as well. I highly recommend him!

Eric and his team are amazing! He did our complete kitchen tear out in 2016 (gutted the kitchen completely, moved a wall to give more space) and he literally “owned” every aspect of the renovation. He called me to inform me/ask questions/offer thoughts on almost a daily basis. I was very impressed with how he took on all of the very very small details of the project to ensure a fantastic result! We had him back in 2018 to gut and re-do our main bathroom, and again, his work was top shelf! I am so happy with his work. He is a pleasure to have in the house: chatty, happy, really good guy! I have recommended him to numerous neighbours and friends and have gotten lots of verbal feedback that they too, were very very happy with the quality of his finished product.
