Pristine Limousine Service - Wedding & Prom Limo

I don't usually leave reviews, but this company deserves one.

All I can say is they are absolutely incredible. Our driver (Saeed) showed up at our pick-up location an hour early to ensure he found our address and that there were no complications. I felt bad that he would be waiting, but he assured us to take our time, enjoy our night, and be there for us when we were ready.

The company was incredibly accommodating in working out the best option for our group and even helped us revise our booking when we changed our group number.

We rented the 15-passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter for our Bachelorette party, which was incredible. The cleanliness of the van was phenomenal. Our driver was so respectful, considerate, and SO accommodating. I have to give him a 10 star for his patience with the group, given it was a group of girls having fun. It was clear that he came to ensure we had a good/safe night.

After our experience, I will always use Pristine Limousine. Thank you, Saeed and Pristine Limousine! We can't wait to work with you again!

Amazing limo service!! Driver was on time (early, actually), limo was very clean and had drinks ready. Very easy to connect music and be DJ - my family & I had a great time. Thank you Saeed!!

Amano was incredible! I don't want to fully acknowledge that I was a bridezilla (...I blame covid) however whenever I had any concerns or questions, he was available by email, by phone, and by appointment. I was originally nervous about his company as after reviewing his previous Google reviews & Social Media, I noticed that most of them were outdated. At that point, I had already paid and was somewhat second guessing my decision. Amano is a small business owner out of the West End of Ottawa and he made me feel confident in my decision after an in-person meeting between all of us. He was very friendly and even promised that he would be my driver on my wedding day (Sep 2020). I was also very nervous about timing and had asked him to be 5 to 10 minutes early if possible. He had no problem with that and in the end, he showed-up 30+ minutes before needed. I am pleased to say that his limo service was excellent and not even a concern during my wedding day. Thank you Amano for making our commute so easy!

I went on a trip to Montreal with my sister and we used the services of Pristine Limousine for our transportation. The driver was respectful, polite and patient. The limousine was clean and luxurious! We had full reign of all the amenities such as the TV, Sound System, Lighting and heating. I felt like a princess. We had a stress free trip with lots of fun!
