My friend recommended Sam to me for stringing badminton racket. He is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is good and quick. Price is fair too. I have been using his service since then.

The service was great and turnaround period was very fast. Pricing was also very reasonable compared to the bigger bike shops around Kanata. The shop owner is very knowledgeable with current bike trends and was really helpful with educating me on what future upgrades I should consider for my bike.

For badminton his set up is incredible, he does the work very quickly and with high quality. he has a great up to date selection of stings. He can tune the set up and suggest great recommendations. Furthermore he is part of the stringing crew for a BWF international event!
Regarding riding I went out with a group of people including Sam. He is highly knowledgable and I see many people referring to him for their biking needs!

I came to Sam to get my rear tire tuned but turns out the back axle was broken! I gathered the parts quickly from Sam's recommendation and got back to fix it on the same day. Sam was very patient and professional about the process. If you having bike issues look no further, Sam is your guy!

I bought a pair of Hydro Mechanical disc brakes as an upgrade for my road bike. Unfortunately the new brake calipers' cable holder was not threaded, so I could not re-use the existing brake cable's barrel adjuster end cap. Further to complicate matters, the diameter of the brake cable was larger than the inner diameter of the caliper cable holder; there was no foreseeable way to seat the brake cable into the cable holder. Sam came up with an excellent workaround for this uncommon problem and was very reasonable with the service fee.
