Kani gave me exceptional service. He took his time to go over all the phones and plans. I must add it was closing time and he didn't make me feel rushed. Such a trust worthy person. I left so happy.

I needed to upgrade my phone today and was assisted by Abdi. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and quickly helped me choose the right phone at the right price. I highly recommend Abdi when shopping at the Telus Kanata Avenue store.

Really recommend seeing Abdi in store. He was incredibly helpful, clear, and efficient when assisting us. We were really happy with the products and plans that we received. I think it’s also worth noting that this store was busy and ALL staff were friendly and helpful and patient while lots of customers arrived. Great job!

I came to Telus to look into new phones for our family. The young gentleman who helped us is named Edwin A. Having Edwin as our person made things so easy. His vast knowledge of all phones they carry is quite impressive. He listened to what our needs were, and although I was shopping for a different phone he recommended a whole other make and model based on my husband's line of work. The durability and its ability to withstand constant and repetitive abuse was exactly what he needed. Edwin is kind, charming and has the best sense of humor. I highly recommend Edwin for all your telephone needs and to recommend the best phone and plan to suit your lifestyle. He deserves every recognition.
