Besides being FULL of nutrients, they taste fresh and delicious. I use in salads, soups, chilli, you name it - I put them in it. My Covid resolution has been to take this time to get healthier and more fit and I am doing it. Thank you Leah and Valley Microgreens for helping me stay on track!!
