I came in to replace my phone as I damaged my screen. Two very professional employees were able to help my out quickly and efficently while also giving me the best options for my phone replacement. Both Jalal and Emre were very helpful and I am happy they were there to assist me with my new phone.

I came in later in the evening to upgrade my iPhone. Emre took the time to explain the promotions and assisted me with my setup. He went above and beyond. Great customer service. Very happy with the experience and love my new phone! Thanks :)

Had been in several times to look at different devices and plans. Andrew was extremely knowledge and incredibly helpful in selecting the right plan for our family. He advised when deals would be the best, recommended a device to fit our needs and even followed up to ensure we were happy with everything. I honestly was not expecting this level of service from a Walmart. Andrew certainly when above in beyond in both sales and customer service. 100% recommend.

This store provides excellent professional service. I recently switched to Fido and Yusuf explained the promotion and plans for Ontario and specifically for Ottawa residence, difference between these two, and provided us the best deal. He is friendly, and provided us one of the best customer service experience I had, will check with them first soon for my next phone upgrade, and highly recommend them.
