Called because my furnace stopped working. The company is local to the area in which I live and I always try and support local businesses. I booked a service call and within 30 or so minutes, they weren at my door and working on the problem. They got it work and gave me a break down of the problem. Service was great and the technicians were awesome! Thanks guys.

Gilles Renaud Heating Limited is a family-based business that prides itself on providing knowledgeable, professional service to all of our customers.

Our Technician went to Mr. Srivastava’s home – the transformer was defective. Mr. Srivastava spoke with a Manufacturer’s Representative, and opted to go against the Technician’s advice to purchase a repair kit – which was explained to be more cost effective if the electronic board needed to be replaced. The same Technician returned to the home at no extra cost, to install the transformer; the unit still would not operate. The Technician installed a “test board” which confirmed that a new board was needed which Mr. Srivastava approved to be ordered. The test board remains in place so that the unit continues to function. When contacted to make plans to complete the repair, Mr. Srivastava disputed the cost. At his request the company owner contacted Mr. Srivastava – he asked that the repair kit be ordered, and the transformer be returned; he then requested the company absorb the cost of the transformer. It was reviewed that none of these options were possible. When asked if he wished to proceed with the repair he indicated he did not.
