Shayna is a skilled massage therapist, adept in many techniques, and she continues to learn new techniques and approaches to provide holistic healing to her clients. Shayna keeps detailed notes on my care, pain and stress levels, treatments and injuries, and she tracks my progress so that she can give me the treatment that I need (cranio-sacral, deep tissue, relaxation, injury recovery, you name it!). I'm blessed to have found her and I refer all of my friends and family to Blue Buddha to experience the best possible care from Shayna.
