Small library, with friendly, helpful and pleasant staff.
The Ottawa Public Library Is Located On Rideau Street. It Was Built In 1933. Great Place To Borrow Books Or DVDS If Yor A Member. There's Computers Available For Use And Free WIFI Is Available For Other Electronic Devices. Restroom Facilities Are Available On Sight. Staff Was Friendly And Helpful.
It's a bit convoluted to get into when you need the accessible entrance route, but it's a lovely library, very cozy and open concept inside. There's a little area near the front where they have books for sale cheaply as well. There's a lot of fully decked out security around which made me feel unsafe, so I can't rate the library branch as high as I would like to.
Quiet. Set up to charge phones free. Comfy lounge chairs. Full of bums but they were quiet. Only downside is bums coming after smoking and carrying cigarette stink with them.
Small space. But the library is cosy looking. Public computers to use. Some seating spots.
