One More Light K9

We recently worked with Bronwyn at ONE MORE LIGHT K9 to train our puppy, Makar, who is a Canadian Inuit Dog and German Shepard mix. Bronwyn was absolutely amazing and helped us with a range of issues including nipping, general obedience, and understanding our dog's behavior.

Not only did she provide great training techniques, but she also took the time to explain why certain approaches were effective and helped us understand our dog's personality and how to communicate with him effectively.

Bronwyn's passion and love for animals were evident in her work, and we really appreciated how patient and kind she was with Makar. Her training methods were gentle yet effective, and we saw significant improvements in Makar's behavior after just a few sessions.

We recently got ourselves a German Shepherd puppy named Bella. From the onset, Bella was so much work it felt like a full-time job. We struggled daily with all areas including our puppy's high energy needs, unwavering nipping, crate training, slow confidence and much more. We are truly fortunate to have met Bronwyn as she is very knowledgeable, well versed in her field, and above all passionate in her work. We really liked that she wasn't focused on quick fix Band-Aid solutions, but rather realistic long term strategies that pay off.

Bronwyn worked with us on so many fronts and helped us correct unhealthy behaviours to produce good ones. Bronwyn is flexible, consistent and profoundly devoted to her clients. We had the opportunity to do board & train and we couldn't be happier with the results. Bronwyn worked on addressing the issues we identified and provided us with regular updates. She also shared with us a list of recommendations to keep up the good work.

We will continue to rely on Bronwyn for her expert knowledge and effective training. Bella is now almost 6 months old and turning into an affectionate, obedient and well trained GSD. We look forward to our journey ahead with Bella all thanks to Bronwyn. We can't recommend Bronwyn enough. We have (or had) a super-puller 7mo GSD - but now he is amazing and enjoyable to walk, along with our 7yo GSD. After just ONE visit, Axel was walking better and has just kept improving from there. Bronwyn is extremely knowledgeable and so supportive - answering our many questions very quickly. We would highly recommend Bronwyn without any hesitation.

I have an 8 month old Shepherd who loved to pull and react to absolutely everything and anything. After only a couple sessions with Bronwyn we are able to stay side by side, with little to no reaction to any other dogs or bunnies. Not only was she an awesome trainer for Arlo, but also myself. She taught us both confidence and obedience. Also always making herself available for any questions and concerns I had along the way, and trust me I had a lot!
