Had an inspection this morning. It greatly exceeded my expectations. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and clearly had a lot of experience. He identified moisture issues in the basement and gave me a list of good solutions. I have previously done lots of research on the internet, and I definitely felt I obtained way more valuable information by having someone with years of building experience inspect my home. Down the line I feel this will be a huge money saver because he gave me tips on good products and what to look out for.
