Jude's Pizza - Metcalfe

This place could write the book on customer service. I attempted to order a couple pizzas through the online ordering site on a Friday at 5pm. When I went to pick the pizzas up they informed me that they were having issues receiving online orders (It was my fault for not noticing that the order was still showing as pending). When they asked me what pizzas I wanted I told them not to worry about it, I didn’t have time to stick around, I had to get my daughter home. They replied with, “No problem Sir! What is your address? We will deliver it. We are also going to give you a 10% discount for the trouble”. Within 30-45 minutes, the pizzas were at my door even though they were extremely busy. It’s not easy to find this level of customer service anymore so thank you very much!

First time at Jude's Pizza and it was fantastic! I had a gluten free Jude's Special and I think the GF crust is the best I've ever had! We also had a vegan cheese pizza and that was really good as well. The pizzas were filling, tasty and the service was stellar! Also need to mention the great homemade garlic dipping sauce.

I got a hamburger poutine and a small pizza, the poutine was so delicious it had fried onion and burger meat, a great ratio of sauce and cheese! The pizza was delicious and fresh and hot!
Def recommend! We will be coming back!
