Pam & Serge are amazing trainers

We purchased our dog a year ago at 7 months of age, a German Shepherd. He was reactive and aggressive with other dogs and to be honest had bit one so badly he had to be stiched up. Within our first couple of training classes, Serge and Pam gave us the skills to manage his negative behaviour and turn it into a positive. We went from not being able to take our dog on walks and being scared and embarrassed when we would run into other dogs, to now being proud and calm, even to the point where other dogs bark and go wild and ours remains calm and collected. Pam and Serge are incredibly friendly, and they're amazing at listening and helping to figure out how to solve specific problems. We highly recommend them!
