I’ve received nothing but the best preparation tools when I was getting ready to undergo my gastric bypass surgery. I was totally prepared and informed about every aspect of that surgery, and the follow up care was amazing too.

Joined back in March of this past year and recently completed a 22 week program.
As someone who has yoyo dieted for most of my adult years, the focus here is really about common sense and being able to lead a lifestyle you are comfortable with. Weight loss done safely and with the supervision of a bariatric doctor specializing in weight management. DR Freedhoff and his staff are exceptional and after losing close to 30 lbs in 22 weeks, I'm well on my way to my goal but more importantly, a safe and sustainable meal plan and lifestyle for hopefully many years to come.

So I have only had a few appointments so far. Orientation, Initial Consult with Dr. Freedhoff and today I met with Fran the dietition. Well when you first enter, you are met with smiles from the two lovely ladies at the front desk. This means so much to me as I was a little nervous, the girls set my mind at ease with a smile. At orientation, the dietition took it slow enough to understand and precise explanations and very knowledgable. At the consult with Dr. Freedhoff, he explains everything perfectly and truly tries to help you realize the impact of this journey and the risks and benefits. Now on to my favorite part so far. The meeting with Fran, the moment she introduces herself, you immediately have to smile. She warned me that she wasn't a local and that she was from the UK. This made me laugh which set the mood for the entire meeting. She kept everything light and informative. She also offers her email for any further questions you may have. So, if you are considering the weightloss program, I fully recommend BMI. The staff treat you more like a family member and never make you feel like an outsider because you are overweight for whatever the reasons why. Go Team BMI!

Totally loving my experience with BMI, everyone from Dr. Freedhoff, Nutritionists, Fitness...all have been awesome on my journey. I too love that when my appt is scheduled for a certain time that is when I go in, very prompt. The care and concern is genuine, something that is rare in a usually rushed society. Would also highly recommend them.

Dr. Freedhoff and the staff at BMI are awesome! What I love the most besides the friendly staff is the fact that if your appointment was for 1pm...you get in at 1pm... no waiting around long after your appointment time. It makes it so easy to schedule multiple errands in one day. I highly recommend the BMI clinic. Keep up the great work guys!!!! 😁
