Best run condo building in town. Superintendent and maintenance property manager on site so things are always in order. Elevators are rarely out of service .. halls, common areas, laudry room on each floor are super clean. Super is on top of everything and knows who is doing what. Super even will question people she doesn't know as to why are they in the building. Such awesome management !!! this is why condo is safe and secure.
This is a NON-Smoking - NON Marijuana Building. And they take it very seriously, giving out fines where necessary. There are a few hiccups as with any older building, but generally well managed. It could use a little cleanup in some areas. It's very nice for senior citizens. Bingo night, movie night, etc.. sans Covid, of course.
Great building kept clean by attentive staff. The supers are kind and welcoming as well. The whole building has a kind of small town feel, where residents greet each other while passing. Great place to live!
The amenities are wonderful and the location great for its proximity to both Merivale road, and Meadowlands. Staff on site is a plus as well.
