I am not sure what the issue is with these bad reviews. I have called a few times and spoken to the local inspector 2 times even before filing notification and all have been extremely positive. Very helpful with information and very friendly. Just filed notification (waited 2.5 mins) and cust service rep was super friendly and helpful with some of my questions. All around, good experience so far. I will update once all done and final inspection is passed.
