Envirolaser Ltd.

I recently bought a Bambu A1 3d printer from Envirolaser that I had an issue with. It turned out to be user error but none the less could not get the printer to work no matter what. They offered help immediately no hassle at all. They had me return the printer, solve the issue and returned it back to me in a timely manner. I was quite relieved since I purchased from a third party and had no idea of their customer service. Great surprise! Awesome support, great guys an easy to recommend company.

Envirolaser. Service upon arrival was great! Offered assistance twice within seconds of entering the shop.

Unfortunately they didn’t have all of the colours I had ordered for pickup in stock, but gave me a detailed update of where the shipment was located and a promise to follow up the day it arrives. They had called to notify me not everything was ready yet, but I wanted to get my printers running on what they did have. 2 hours later and 8 spools are loaded and printing.

Cool showroom too. I have been printing for years and didn’t know we had such an amazing resource locally. I will be sourcing my filament through them from now on.

I came here because I needed a particular color filament, but now that I know it's here I'll be coming back.

The place is clean, has plenty of printers printing something, with the staff being friendly and knowledgeable.

Great shop to buy 3d printer parts.
I am very pleased to shop in their online shop and on their quick response to e-mail.
Shipping ordered items looks very easy for them as my order is shipped the same day.
