What can we say about Fiona! Booking Fiona as our wedding day of coordinator (month of) my husband and I agreed that this was our absolutely FAVOURITE vendor that we had on our wedding day and so so so worth every penny and more. I cannot tell you how much we love Fiona and everything she did. From the planning sessions with her and the emails and texts over the year leading up to the wedding, Fiona was so organized and always so helpful with answers to my questions and advice on wedding planning and things to do. She has so much great experience and wisdom to offer. I cannot tell you how organized and professional she is as well. A month before she completely helped me with everything from organizing spreadsheets and vendor information, to contacting vendors and finalizing details, sitting in calls, etc., she really went above and beyond. It was also really helpful that she has her own catalog of items to rent -- definitely make use of that! On the day of the wedding, Fiona was literally the glue holding our wedding day in place. She and her amazing assistants did everything from setting up our venue space, ensuring that vendors arrived on time for set-up, keeping us on schedule, dealing with any emergencies that came up, helping with coordinating the limo, ensuring we had food and water during the busy day. She was there to carry my veil and flowers, she had emergency kits and a Mary Poppins bag that had anything and everything you could possibly need. My husband and I could write a book about how great of a wedding planner she is and how great her services are -- but just know if you book her she will deliver 200% of what you expect and more. We are so thankful for her and would absolutely recommend her for any event planning!

Fiona and her team were an integral part to our day! We first got in contact with Fiona a year and a half before our wedding and she helped with everything from sourcing décor to reading over contracts to contacting vendors. Our wedding day could not have gone any better! Every detail had been thought of and everything ran smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy the day knowing that everything was being taken care of. We would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding! We couldn’t have done it without her!

In the months leading up to the big day, Fiona helped us with vendor suggestions and gave us monthly to-do lists to keep on top of everything we needed to get done.

In the weeks before our wedding, Fiona organized all our vendor communications so that drop offs, set-up and timing throughout the day was flawless. Her day-of coordination took a huge load off for us, our wedding party and families so we could fully enjoy the day.

Having Fiona’s support helped us focus our time, energy and money on the things that were most important to us for our big day. 10/10 would recommend working with her!

My husband and I hired Fiona to be our month of coordinator for our May 2021 wedding during the pandemic. Fiona was very organized, answered my emails quickly and was on the ball when we needed information regarding restrictions in my area. She was very encouraging and was a friend when it came to the ever changing regulations put in place. She was adaptable to the situations and my needs. Day of, she showed up to my place ontime, and did not hesitate when I last minute gave her a couple things to set up. Fiona has also allowed us to half transfer our contract to next year when we can hopefully have our reception which is extremely kind of her.
Fiona made the day seamless, it was so amazing and peaceful. I highly recommend Fiona!!
