The building(2380 Baseline Rd) is good inside with Xmas decorations in the lobby. The staffs are really helpful and neighbors are nice people. The room is spacious inside, and there will be a pretty good view if you choose to live in a higher level. Highly recommend south-faced apartment to those who love a sun-drenched room.

I am very happy to move in this good community, this is a quiet and beautiful place. And the leasing agent Sarah is a pretty nice and professional person. She helped me a lot in the process of renting, and from renting this cozy room to now, I still live very well. Thank you.

Actually I'm living in the 26 Rockway, which is a smaller building behind and also belong to Forest Ridge. This apart is nice for my family and my puppy dog. It is clean, warm, pet friendly, and under good regulation. We don't have to worry about the maintanance of my apartment. Sometimes it takes time to repair thing for me though.
Ms. Sarah is a very kind and energic girl. I can feel she loves her job and she is willing to help tenants. She gave me so many help and supporting even after I moved in and the issue is none of her business. I'm so appreciated.

My fiancee and I are moving in here and I have been so amazed with the ease of the moving process. We were dealt with by Stephanie O'Halloran and she was so helpful and understanding. Very quick to reply and super professional! She made sure we knew where everything was and offered a full tour of all the amenities. Couldn't have asked for an easier process! The building is so beautiful. The gym is next level, everything is very clean, and the games room looks super fun! Will definitely be hosting some friends here once covid clears up. The apartment is all newly renovated and cleaned and there will be in unit laundry which blows me away! They really do go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and even provided us a welcome package with a bunch of useful goodies! So excited to call this place home.
