I was happy with the level of professionalism and honesty they showcased. For whatever reason my phone wasn't booting up following an OS update. I kept it on charge at home for a while but it never started. I took the phone to their shop and turned out that for whatever reason my phone was not charging at home and the battery was simply very dead. They used their charger to charge my phone again and gave it back to me without charging me. Yes, the repair was fairly simple; and had I tried plugging my phone to a different charger (to release whatever static condition it was in) it would've probably recovered - but the thought never occurred to me -. On any measure, they didn't make stuff up to make a quick buck, and were honest in the transaction. Thus it is a well deserved 5 star
