I had come here for my brows threaded, henna brows, and a jelly facial. Namie is amazing, patience, and friendly. She did exactly what I wanted her to do!! Her attention to detail, cleanliness and excellent customer service are among the many reasons I continue to use her services. She took the time to shape and frame my eyebrows for my face, and they are perfect! She is very conscientious about her work and double-checks everything. I also like their loyalty program, which includes free brow threading every five visits. I recommend her and this place to everyone. I won't be going anywhere else!!

AMAZING WORK!!! I was introduced by my best friend and won’t go anywhere else. I went thrice for diff services and I loved it. Nami was so sweet and took time with me to explain what would go best with my skin during facial. Nice ambient music plays in background which is great since was practically napping during facial massage. I can’t wait to try more of their services. 10/10 would recommend every time!

Had a great experience today! I have been trying to find a good wax salon close to me and found Bold Beauty and Brows.

Service was quick and somehow less painful then other people I have gone to. I get a little nervous going to get waxed as a plus size woman (moving all the skin around) I felt super comfortable and was a great body positive experience!

In addition, the prices can’t be beat and you are supporting a small business.

I visited this place for waxing and it was gentle, fast and less painful.She does the wax herself from verified brand. It felt so nice afterwards, my skin didn't flare up or even got red. I will be back soon for a facial and for threading as I could tell she is very professional and skilled. Very happy with the visit and would highly recommend to others seeking beauty treatments in Ottawa!

I went to do Brazilian waxing and eyebrow threading recently and was very happy with service provided! The process was not as painful and my skin wasn’t as irritated like it normally is after the procedure. Would definitely come back there again! :)
