Received a screen, it was broken on arrival, but the excellent support and surprisingly fast shipping fixed the problem in a week, I am very happy with the way thing went and I would do it again any day.

Fast shipping, great customer service and technical support! I'll definitely be seeking them out again for all my gadgetry needs. :D

Worked with the staff to find a perfect replacement battery for my headphones. Great to be able to get this kind of part locally instead of paying more and waiting for shipping! Thanks for your help.

I have never been treated with as much respect and care by a company than I have with these guys. I've been purchasing from them since at least 2018 and the two times I've had issues, they were solved super fast. If you have a device you think doesn't work they will help walk you through to see if it is truly broken or not If you are able to follow all the instructions for your device on the manufacturers website and the device is still failing they will help work out making you whole again, which is incredibly rare these days when it comes to this sort of stuff.

I became disabled in 2018. By 2020 I started tinkering and today (July 2022) I am spending my summer working out a computer science curriculum/course for homeschooled kids in particular but also for private tutoring.

My main focus is the 7-12 range for now and the ultimate goal is to put it all in action sometime in the future if my disability allows for it.

I just want to introduce my nieces and nephews and their friends to the world of microcomputers and help give them a leg up for when they get older and can move onto much larger things.

If I wasn't given an old, mostly broken computer when I was 8 I would NEVER have learned any of this stuff. My hope is that by using the resources already available I can make each lesson exciting and hopefully create some some new passion for a person that otherwise would never had a chance.

I am disabled and teaching children computer science, programming and robotics is my dream and I try to spend my good hours or days working on a fun lesson plan that goes from learning how to save a file to learning how to use the micro:bit stuff and more!

I really cannot express my gratitude to the hipi, buyapi, pishop girls and guys well enough in words. You have all rekindled my love for an old hobby, you have given a disabled person hope that they can be a contributing member of society again AND you girls and guys have given me great advice when I need it.

If you have a problem with something, they WILL help you fix it or replace it. To someone on an extremely limited income that depends on donations from friends and family, knowing that if I get a device that doesn't work they will help diagnose and even replace it if you follow their instructions and the device still fails.

Thanks again!! I know it sounds cliche but you guys helped me find purpose again and I'll never be able to express my gratitude in words well enough. All I can do is try my hardest to specifically order from you guys for everything I need. Thanks again!!

PS. If Adafruit or pimoroni or another company across the pond or south of the border has an item you would like to purchase I HIGHLY suggest emailing pishop.ca and requesting they bring the item in for you. They never jack the prices up and you don't ever have to deal with customs (dual-use!!!) or exchange rates or insane shipping systems.

This company and store offers great service and good prices. Recently there was shipment error in one my orders. The company immediately sent me the correct items and sent a paid shipping label for me to sent the wrong items back to them. I have had nothing but a very good experience with this company. I
