They helped us get started when a bank I had been dealing with for over 19 years would have nothing to do with us. I always have great customer service and I find the staff and employee are always courteous. More recently my new business account manager met with us in our Business and brought a personal account manager along simply because I had requested for her to give me the name of someone who I could speak about switching my personal banking to RBC. I am now an happy customer. Great people, great service.
