Standard rates, easy to contact, extremely responsive to questions. Everything is done online which is extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend for all your real estate transactions

If you run into any issues with the deal it’s hard to get a hold of someone. My closing date was changed last minute by the buyer and it felt like I was the only one pushing to have the new agreement that my lawyers put together enforced. It took me calling and emailing multiple times to get agreed upon funds 3 days late and I’m still short 2000$ 3 weeks later.

3 stars because at least they charge a reasonable rate.
