We had some shingles ripped off due to high winds and Chris was very quick to respond with a quote and availability. He was able to squeeze us in just before winter, did a great job on the repairs and installed 2 roof vents. Chris and Rosewood Roofing went above and beyond our expectations! Explained the process of what to expect, how long it would take to complete and if there were any inclement weather delays what to expect and how they would accommodate. Chris was very thorough and completed our roof in great timing and with great techniques. We ran into a wasp nest incident and Chris was able to maneuver this obstacle and able to connect us with an exterminator to rid of this obstacle. Chris is the epitome of friendly, professional, and passionate! Would highly recommend his services!

I first tried Chris out to repair a leak at a rental property and was extremely happy with the repair, his transparency and punctuality. I asked him for a quote on a complete roof replacement on another property. I was happy with the pricing and the professionalism was apparent in his quote and how he conducted himself. He just completed that roof job. He knocked it out of the park! Looks amazing. He was very professional with the tenants, and besides the new roof I couldn’t even tell that he was there. The most important thing I found with Chris is how he shows up when he says he will and keeps you informed with what’s going on. I feel the roofing industry doesn’t really offer the best service and is always a stressful experience or that has been my experience in the past. Just had a wonderful experience with Rosewood Roofing! Chris is so kind, professional and thorough in his work. After a terrible storm our roof had significant damages. It was a very busy time for roof repairs however Chris was still quick to respond. He was able to assess the damages through pictures I sent him and he knew exactly what work was required. I was unable to be onsite during the repairs but he kept me updated on progress and shared pictures of the completed work!
