Chris has been a joy to work with. I have been to the Nepean store about 6 times, and every time Chris has been polite, friendly, and very helpful. Chris is the best!

Staff here are great. Great selection. And was open Easter Sunday, super helpful! This will definitely be my spot for vape stuff when in Ottawa.

The staff are always so nice and personable. It legit feels like going in and chatting with old friends. Good recommendations for flavours whenever I asked, but they never pressure me, which is to be expected I suppose but still nice. Either way, love the location, love the people, love the selection. Cheers!
