With the new management in this building, things have improved significantly in the past few months.
This place used to be dirty in all the corridors and garbage chutes and the mailroom was always full of unattended packages.
But now, everything looks clean and in order. I appreciate what the new manager has been doing to improve the conditions of the building. I complained about some stains on the carpet in front of the apartment door and they were cleaned and shapmooed instantly.
I also want to thank the superintendent in the building because he helped us fix the broken balcony glass very quickly.
I hope these improvements continue.
