The Mini Branch

I had ordered a Makedo set from The Mini Branch and the service, attention and personal support was excellent. I loved the small touches to my order a note thanking me for supporting the store. Making sure all the items of my order were together for safe delivery. My daughter visited the store and also experienced the personal customer service. The bath products she purchased were amazing, certainly will visit this store for further purchases. I only regret not finding this store years ago. Danielle & Scott my best regards to you both.

I had a great experience shopping online at The Mini Branch. They had the best price for the Patagonia bunting suit I ordered and shipping was quick. The thank you note I recieved in the package was a very sweet touch.

The owner, Danielle, not only offers exquisite customer service, but she also carries unique and quality products. She is attentive to the needs of her customers and makes recommendations accordingly. I would much prefer supporting a local business that offers an authentic experience than going to a large corporation (i.e. Toys R Us).

I stopped by here today and had an incredibly positive experience. The owner is SO nice and personable. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the shop and chatting with her. The store has high quality toys and clothing without the crazy prices that many children's stores in Ottawa have. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend taking the time to check it out!

I visited The Mini Branch store for the first time yesterday. Such a wonderful find! The store is beautifully curated offering quality selection of children's clothes, toys, books and more. I was looking for gifts for our young grandchildren. Danielle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of all the products they carry. Lovely shopping experience. I'll be back!
