Dr Nick MDiv

It was an honour to have Nick at our wedding. He stayed in touch frequently since the day we first reached out to make sure every detail of the wedding ceremony would be exactly what we wanted. Nick is so personable and we'll spoken. He added a welcoming touch to our ceremony.

Nick Overduin (or "Dr Nick" as we liked to call him) was a wonderful officiant. He has a great sense of humour, is a calming influence and was open minded and fun. We were married in the summer of 2022 on an open air double decker bus and Dr Nick was wonderful and accepting of the uniqueness of the situation. It was a challenging venue and there was no opportunity to rehearse beforehand, but that did not pose a challenge or phase him in any way. He made us feel comfortable and at ease and he set a great tone for the day. He is thoughtful and caring and he will be a wonderful addition to anyone's wedding day.

Nick did a wonderful job officiating our wedding. Very professional and easy to talk to. He is extremely helpful when it comes to planning the logistics of your ceremony. Our ceremony was short but very sweet. It was so memorable especially the Celtic hand fasting ceremony. The meaning behind it is absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend Nick for his amazing services!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick! He was super easy to work with, made us feel very comfortable and very friendly! My husband and I got married this august 2023 and wanted a short ceremony. He was so flexible and last min rolled with my last min changes to the vows. When I was looking for an officiant I wanted someone who wasn’t pushy and had this soft spoken voice and nick really hit all of our wants. He sent us some examples of vows, and took the time to have a conversation before the wedding to get to know my husband and I. Nick was located in Toronto but now has moved to Ottawa and he has continued to officiate so if anyone is looking for an amazing, easy going, professional officiant look no further!

Nick officiated our wedding in August of 2022 and he was such a pleasure to work with.
