“My first time in life of pie today, and I have to say I was expecting there to be lots of pies to select to have a piece of pie but seems like they sell more whole pies rather than by the slice. They did have many desserts to pick from, so we had a blondie and a brownie thé blondie was a bit stale but still good and we had the drip coffee and that was also good. The service was great, very friendly staff. Atmosphere could be a bit better tight space, tables weren’t the cleanest, not many tables.”

“This is a fun spot in Old Ottawa South that I like to go to from time to time. During my latest visit, I had a delicious breakfast sandwich, energy ball, and coffee (see photos below). In the past, meanwhile, I have gone here with my wife for a lovely date. Overall, this is a great place to come, sit back, and relax.”

“The early seating of the American Thanksgiving event at the new Gladstone location was stellar. The seasonal cocktail-a mix of scotch, pumpkin purée and other goodness-amazing! The chef created an interesting twist on the traditional turkey dinner, and was very receptive to offering a vegetarian option. American football was on TV and the ambiance was inviting enough. The owner stopped by every table to ensure we were all enjoying ourselves. I only wish this event was more effectively published and more Americans participated. We look forward to more special events at this lounge.”

“DELICIOUS pizzas 😍 The honey on the Queen Elizabeth pizza had the right amount of sweetness & paired so well with the goat cheese. The kimchi pizza was not too spicy and the flavour was perfect 👌🏼 I would highly recommend either! The staff were so sweet to bring my order out to my car (I had a baby in the backseat). Unfortunately I didn’t check my order before I left and they forgot my chilli garlic dipping sauce (which I have heard raving reviews about so was really excited to try). Honestly the pizza was so good that I can’t even take off a star for that. Can’t wait to go back, and now I have an excuse so I can try the dipping sauce ☺️”

“Tried the restaurant this weekend! Everything was super tasty and packaged well. The online ordering system is good, although I tried to call the store for clarification about a combo dish but nobody answered (called over 5 times) so picked other items because of this. They have their own delivery which was reasonably priced and very fast. The woman who delivered my order was very nice. Overall, this is my going to be my new go to Chinese place. I regret not ordering more of the pork egg rolls, they were so good. One small critique is my beef and green pepper dish while tasty, was overwhelmingly pepper and very few pieces of meat. My partner and I found this quite disappointing. The other options were well portioned but this didn’t seem worth it. However, it might have been a fluke so I still recommend the dish.”
