Wonderful staff and overall experience! I was treated with respect and without prejudice, the staff met all of my needs. I will definitely come back to this location for my future jewellery needs 🙂

Had issues ordering an item online. Ordered some earrings and then received an email saying order was cancelled due to item not being in stock, even though it showed in stock online. I tried calling another People's store to check on stock and no one picked up. It's Christmas time so stores are busy. So I started an online chat with a representative and they took my number and reached out to the store on my behalf and had them call me to reserve a pair that they had. I was able to then go the next day and pick them up. Great customer service. 👌
