Bright Hearing and Tinnitus Centre

I set up an appointment for a hearing test, as I had noticed some changes to my hearing. The online booking process is straight forward and easy to navigate. The office is in a brand-new, modern building with a bright, cheery reception area and a comfortable and welcoming environment. This is the first hearing test that I have has since I was in primary school and Dr. Lennox (Sean) performed a series of tests over a one-hour period. You can imagine that the equipment is a whole lot more sophisticated than when I was a child. Sean has a warm demeanour about him and he made me feel quite relaxed during the tests. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it and then explained the results in detail, but in plain and understandable language. I did not feel rushed at all, and Sean was focused on me, not on selling me something. Expecting that I would need a hearing aid or even two, I was pleasantly surprised that my hearing checked out quite well and there was no requirement for hearing aids or anything else to assist me with my hearing. This is a great, local family-run business and Sean's wife Victoria was in the office at the same time. Although my testing was done with Sean, I did get to speak with Victoria afterwards. Like Sean, she is extremely pleasant and friendly. I can't compare this hearing centre with any other, but I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Bright Hearing and Tinnitus Centre and highly recommend it. It's first class all the way.
