This place is amazing! The units are fully furnished, which made moving in super easy. Both buildings have lots of quiet spaces for schoolwork. Personally love the learning center in building A, even has smaller isolated rooms within. I was hesitant about the building's gym before moving in, but can confidently say I had no issue transitioning from the Goodlife I used back home. The clubhouse is awesome too. Multiple ping pong tables, a pool table, some other table games, and plenty of seating make it a great place to hang out. The Revalie will even host occasional events there, open to everyone in the building. The staff is hands down the most polite, enthusiastic, and helpful group of people I've interacted with. They've gone beyond my expectations in all aspects. From answering questions to resolving any issue that's come up. If you're a student looking for a place to stay, there isn't anywhere I'd recommend more!
Interior is very nice. Seems like an easy going place aswell. I am not a Tennant here, I was just visiting a friend but they seem to really like it. It has a well equipped gym and meeting rooms available for use. There is also a nice games lounge room with ping pong, Foosball, and shuffle board. It seems to be a popular spot for students to stay in because of its location. Carleton is only around 10 min away by bike
I have lived here for an entire year and overall the experience has been extremely positive.
Upon move in not all of the furniture was there but the basic necessities were and in a few days the missing pieces, such as dining chairs, arrived. Considering the mass shortages in almost every industry due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the late-arrived furniture was understandable and completely tolerable. As of now I believe all rooms are fully furnished.
As for noise, it is a STUDENT residence building and for the most part any noise is short lived by passer-bys in the hallways. The walls are concrete so any loud parties are usually only heard in the hallways. Regardless, the noise overall is minimal and like any place you’d live you are free to make noise complaints to the appropriate authorities. Noise is not Revalie specific.
As for security, like any building with key FOBS, people will wait outside to be let in if they’re not residents. Again, it is not Revalie specific. Many of the areas of the building require a key for access, so if a non resident would be let in they would not be able to walk around the building or access any rooms.
Management is very friendly and timely with responses. Emily specifically gets 5 stars alone as she is very polite, respectful, and clear when speaking to.
Like any place you would live, it is not absolutely without flaw, but overall it has been very enjoyable and I will continue my stay here for the foreseeable future.
Wow!!! For students accommodation this place is it, they have everything thought out. How wouldn't students come away with top grades in their courses of study. The rooms are cute and space maximised there's a nook for entertainment and a dining area close to the kitchenette. There are games area, study rooms, indoor and outdoor seating spaces a well equipped gymnasium, a fireplace seating with TVs every where you turn. They have outdone themselves the promoters of this property. It's a great place to stay for young adults ..
