(February 10, 2021, 11:15 pm)So far, so excellent! Both of the beers I’ve tried (Canary, Rough Cut) have been amazing. Their opening has been a bright spot for our neighbourhood during the bleak winter of 2020-21.
(February 10, 2021, 10:56 pm)We ordered the kolsch, and it was delicious. It was an easy pick up, and staff was super friendly, even with our limited interaction with them.
(February 5, 2021, 11:01 pm)Really enjoyed the "Canary in a Kolsch Mine" kolsch style beer. It was bright and crisp with a nice after finish and no bitter after taste. Well done! Looking forward to trying the rest of your line-up! Cheers!
