I've improved in tons of areas including padwork/striking/defense/footwork. Additionally, kickboxing training is amazing way to improve cardio and mobility. Wherever you're at with your kickboxing experience, I would highly recommend Kickboxing Fit, Alex will not disappoint. Happy training

I really feel like Alex has helped me to push myself further in my martial arts training and after being with him for over a year i definitely feel that I've improved a ton and i feel stronger too!
