I went there to change the battery of my quartz watch and do a periodic maintenance on my mechanical watch. The battery change was done super fast and at a super affordable price. I was impressed. For the mechanical watch, I appreciated that the owner was upfront with the cost estimation and trying to sugarcoat it. As I knew how expensive these maintenances can get, I wasn't too shocked. But for someone who doesn't have an idea, I can imagine that it's better to learn the actual cost of the service before committing to anything.

Overall, I really liked their customer service and the quality of their work. I will definitely return.
