(September 16, 2020, 5:16 pm)I am beyond happy and thrilled with the amazing service we received today at the embassy. In previous years we have had nothing but bad experiences but it seems like the staff has finally changed for the better. Today we were welcomed by two amazing individuals who made sure we have everything we needed in a timely manner. I am so happy with the progress that has been made with the embassy and I truly hope that the whole staff is as amazing as the two individuals we saw today.
