Pakistan High Commission

Good experience and Very helpful.

We needed help to get an exemption letter for travel to Pakistan, as my parents had tested positive for COVID-19, and the high commission was excellent! I had contacted the Vancouver embassy via email and a voicemail but received no response. Meanwhile, Mr.Shahbaz was quick to respond to our email and we received the letter within 3 days.

I contacted the high commission for an exemption certificate as I tested positive for COVID-19 and need to travel after my quarantine completes. The policy issued by CAA Pakistan is apparently silent about recently recovered COVID-19 patients or I haven't been able to find it. However, the high commission staff was very quick in looking into the matter and coordinating with concerned offices in Pakistan and getting back to me with a solution. I specifically want to mention the names of Mr. Mudassir, Mr. Shahbaz and the lady who attends to phone calls (sorry I forgot to ask her name). Such awesome staff members are real asset for any organization. I hope the Hon'ble High Commissioner will take into consideration this review while writing their PERs.

The Pakistan High Comission Ottawa has great staff who can get you general answers quickly. The overall service is much better than the Pakistan Consulte in Vaughn.
