The entire procedure, from initial contact to order to installation to product invoicing and registration, has been professionally managed and carried out. A heat pump was installed in place of my removed furnace and air conditioner. The entire procedure took three days. Everything looks properly built and functions flawlessly, and they kept the area tidy and responded to all of my queries.
