Brightside Medical Clinic

Been seeing my doctor there since I was a child. I love doctor Giordano she is awesome and super sweet.

The only complaint I have is the front desk staff, one of the lady said that I’m late - probably 5 minutes late but my reason is their parking lot is full and had to wait till someone leaves and whenever I go there for an appointment, it takes them 20-30 min to see me.

Dr. Anne Kneale is a wonderful doctor , The best Doctor i can say, She takes her time never seen doctors takes their time like she did. The front desk staff are also wonderful. Will always be immensely grateful to the staff for their professionalism and excellent patient care. The clinic is also very clean and tidy compared to other clinics. I highly recommend.

My doctor was at Westend family clinic and is now here. Staff was extremely busy with answering phones and also dealing with new computer system, and manage to serve me with a smile. But they did all they could for me and the waiting was not that bad and so far the 2 nurse that I interact with was very nice, my appt got book for my next appointment right away and I felt they all listen to me.
