Dance With Emilie

My fiancé and I went to Emilie for our first dance. Emilie is an amazing choreographer who really listen to what we wanted, showed a lot of patience and made each lesson super fun! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor!

I first started dancing with Emilie in 2019 as a "later in life beginner" when I wanted a way to have fun while exercising. Little did I know that this would become my regular weekly workout permanently with the added bonus of a fantastic community of supportive people. Emilie fosters an enthusiastic, non-judgemental environment while teaching various types of dance at all levels. Ottawa is really lucky to have her!!! ♥️

Wow, wow, wow! I recently attended an “all skill levels welcome” (or in my case lack there of 😉) dance workshop and was absolutely blown away. There was a wide range of abilities present and it was truly a blast. Emilie is an amazing instructor and has such great vibes. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending to anyone that wants a room full of energy, a good workout, a chance to shake it off, orrrrrrr actually improve their dance skills.

Emilie is such a light an absolutely amazing teacher! I have been taking her classes since about 2019. I've tried a variety classes of classes and every time it has been a blast! Emilie's classes are so inclusive and you do not need to be an experience dancer to take part and enjoy yourself! It's a great way to meet new people and build a community of fellow dancers in Ottawa. I have also taken private dance lessons with my partner. Emilie made us both feel so comfortable and it was the highlight of our week dancing together! Could not recommend Emilie more!

Emilie is an amazing instructor. She offers a wide range of fun, energetic classes that are inclusive. Whether you want to try something new or have danced in the past, you'll find something that's right for you. If you're looking for time to decompress and feel reinvigorated, -this is it! I dare you to try, - you'll be marking your calendar to register for future sessions!
