Kyla did an amazing job with a damaged letter I wanted to be fixed. I emailed, called, and reached out to a lot of people across North America just for this. Kyla was prompt to reply, had a “can do” attitude and said she could help after looking at pictures of the letter that needed repair. A lot of people wanted to charge me a significant amount of money just to lay their eyes on the letter. Kyla gave me a quote which I found reasonable and sent the letter from the US to Canada. She gave me a timeline and stuck to it. I did not think that the letter could be completely salvaged but Kyla did it and her work is pristine.
