I called because I needed to have a lock re-keyed. I spoke to someone tremendous who said if I came right in I could have it done while I waited. I was there within half an hour. Walked-in on a Friday afternoon 1hr before closing to replace a strike plate that required some custom work because the builder took short cuts. The owner, Raymond, and his staff were friendly and professional in helping me resolve the issue on the spot. Prior to letting me leave with the strike plate, Raymond performed a quality check and took out some filing tool to remove any slight imperfections. This speaks volume to the standard and quality of work you'd receive from this shop. It is rare to see a job done right (i.e., perfect) these days. I highly recommend Girard's Lock & Key.
