(August 31, 2022, 7:48 pm)Amazing building and I'm glad to live there. The care and maintenance of the building so far, appearance and cleanliness wise, is amazing. I only had one issue in my apartment so far which was with my sink and it was fixed within the hour, management and staff is friendly and hard working. Special shout out to Tammy.
The hallways don't look like horror movie hotel hallways, the lobby is nice and lighthearted and the sound isolation in my apartment is out of this world compared to where I used to live. Elevators work well and quick too!
Highly recommend renting with Place Montfort if you can.
(July 21, 2015, 2:59 pm)My family and I lived there for almost 2 years, we loved our time there. The staff were always polite and friendly, we never had any issues. The building and property is well kept and maintained the only reason we moved is that they didn't have any three bedroom units which we needed as our family was growing.
