Working with TLPI to build our dream home was a wonderful and enjoyable experience. It was obvious throughout the entire process that TLPI takes great pride in their work. From the first meeting when we sat down with them to discuss our project to the last week they were on site, TLPI continuously demonstrated that our satisfaction was their utmost priority and their thoughtfulness and attention to detail showed throughout the entire build. They always kept us abreast of any issues that arose and ensured we were part of any discussions to remedy any and all issues.

TLPI were also very considerate of the impact of our build on our future neighbours. Our neighbourhood has seen many new builds and extensive renovations in the past few years, and TLPI stood out by their ongoing communication with neighbours and efforts to minimize the impact on the neighbours. TLPI kept the construction site very clean, regularly doing a full clean-up of the site, and they even shovelled the snow on all our neighbours' front lawns to remove debris that had blown on these during the initial demolition of the existing house. In addition, the importance placed on ensuring the safety of all workers on-site was always very obvious.

In summary, TLPI went above and beyond in fulfilling our architect’s design and our vision for our dream home.
