Had requested a quote for replacing the garage door thinking the problem looked like a major issue. Jeff came the same day and after looking at the door purposed to fix it instead of replacing. He saved us thousands of dollars in the process by fixing it at a fraction of cost. The technician came promptly the next day and did a wonderful job of fixing the garage door. Highly appreciate the honesty and customer oriented service of this company. Would certainty recommend!

Had the pleasure of dealing with the owner, Jeff, last week. What an absolutely pleasant experience. Jeff is professional and very honest.

On Monday I requested a quote from B. Pritchard and another garage door company through the Better Business Bureau "Request A Quote" service. Jeff got in to touch with me Tuesday with a quote. The other company has not replied yet. I accepted the estimate on Wednesday and Jeff came to my place the same day to review the work to be done. He decided that about half of the items I had noted were not required and reduced the estimate for only the necessary repairs. When I agreed, Jackson was at my house within three hours and the work was done within about 90 minutes. Great response time and service. Thanks Jeff and Jackson!

Highly recommend B.Pritchard & Son Door, last Friday at 5:30p.m. we had a door issue. Made the phone call and 10 minutes later the service technician named Jackson had us back up and running in no time. A1 service, we bought new doors and wall mounted openers with battery back up and wifi a month ago....Very happy customer

B. Pritchard & Sons goes above and beyond! We called at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon because we couldn’t get into our garage, which meant we couldn’t get to our car, which meant if we didn’t get it fixed that day, we were marooned for the weekend. At first, it looked like Monday was the earliest, but Mike found someone working on a job close by, and he agreed to come over after he wrapped up. They are gracious, professional, and efficient: the old spring in my garage had broken, but they had it operational by 4:00, and a new spring ordered for replacement next week. We would highly recommend this company to all our friends and family.
