Very happy with our experience at Otto Subaru. We bought the Outback Limited XT with Allez as our sales representative. I was shocked to see how seamless and stress free the whole experience was. Communicating was always open regarding questions and due date of the vehicle. John K. was also very helpful regarding extended warranty and maintenance of the vehicle as well as offering a fair price for our 12 year old Venza, Toyota.
On our pick up day, we were explained about the blue tooth and technical features etc Also payment options and papers to sign all went smoothly . As well an extra classy touch was being given a large bowl with a bottle of wine, chocolates and other items

I purchased my first Subaru earlier today and I could not be more happier with the people and the Otto's Subaru buying experience. First, it was Holly in service who, when she overheard that I planned to purchase a vehicle, insisted I give her my contact info and she would ensure someone from Sales called.

Saw Patrick here who helped us into both a Subaru Ascent and Crosstrek, impartial and so helpful in showing us the little tips and tricks that made the Subaru better than others, but also with no sales pressure and agreeing we should try other vehicles as well. Super available on text, and went above and beyond finding a Crosstrek through different channels than what was in the lot. Gave us fancy cookies for our kids, and a present when we got the car! Alisson when we closed the deal, she also was so kind and helpful and fixed up some paperwork discrepancies super fast. Best dealership experience I've had after six different cars!

Got my first new car ever from Otto’s and could not be happier with the experience (after almost writing Subaru off based on a dealership in a neighbouring province). Sami was great from day one and ensured I got the exact car I wanted with minimal delays. Why anyone gets anything other than a Subaru in this area is beyond me. Great safe investment!
