Highly recommend Reliability Screening. I used them for my FBI fingerprint clearance for my Canadian PR, and after getting rejected using the paper method with another fingerprinting company three times, their electronic system had my results back within minutes. Evan and Amy were both extremely helpful and efficient and professional. They made the process easy and stress-free and my only regret is that I didn't go to Reliability Screening in the first place. If you are a US citizen trying to get this service done, this should be your #1 choice.

I understand we are in a pandemic but 6 weeks from sending my fingerprints to receiving my results was not what I anticipated, especially since I needed them to start a job. Nonetheless, the team were prompt in replying to my emails and this seemed to get things moving along quicker. I am pleased with the service overall and grateful/relieved to get my results.
