Specific thank you to Andrew who was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose two issues rapidly and propose how to fix it with clear transparency on costs and what needed to be done. Repairs were done immediately and everything is back to 100% working well. I will be calling ServicePlus for all future HVAC repairs and I was so pleased that I went out of my way to leave this review for anyone like me wondering which HVAC service in Ottawa to go with.
